  • 2 c. rice
  • 2 c. water
  • 6 to 8 strips bacon
  • 3 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and/or garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. diced carrots, peas or celery
  • thinly sliced green onions to taste
