- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 1/2 c. or 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 5 Tbsp. liquid oil or peanut oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. soy brown gravy sauce
- 2 tsp. Accent
Directions

1Prepare rice by boiling in 3 cups boiling water with salt. In a frying pan put oil; heat very hot.

2Beat eggs and put in hot pan, stirring all the time.

3Add vegetables (onion, mushrooms and pimentos).

4Add soy sauce and soy brown gravy sauce, stirring and adding rice in mixture until all brown.

5Add Accent.

6Let simmer on low heat.
