- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 c. diced, cooked meat (beef, pork or chicken)
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce or more to taste
- 3/4 c. frozen peas
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1In 10-inch frying pan, saute onion and green pepper in oils until slightly transparent.

2Add meat, rice and soy sauce.

3Cook about 1 minute.

4Stir in peas.

5Add egg.

6Cook thoroughly, about 1 minute.
