  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
  • 1 c. diced, cooked meat (beef, pork or chicken)
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce or more to taste
  • 3/4 c. frozen peas
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

    In 10-inch frying pan, saute onion and green pepper in oils until slightly transparent.

    Add meat, rice and soy sauce.

    Cook about 1 minute.

    Stir in peas.

    Add egg.

    Cook thoroughly, about 1 minute.
