  • 1 c. Rice, prepared as directed on package
  • 4 Strips Bacon, fried and cut into small pieces
  • 4 Medium Green Onions, chopped (save some tops for garnish)
  • 1/2 Medium Green Pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 4 Eggs, scrambled
  • 1 can (8 oz.) Chopped Clams or other Seafood

Directions

    Sautee the green onions and green pepper in the bacon fat until transparent.

    Add the rice, bacon, 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, eggs and clams or seafood.

    Heat just enough for the flavors to combine.
