- 1 c. Rice, prepared as directed on package
- 4 Strips Bacon, fried and cut into small pieces
- 4 Medium Green Onions, chopped (save some tops for garnish)
- 1/2 Medium Green Pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 4 Eggs, scrambled
- 1 can (8 oz.) Chopped Clams or other Seafood
Directions

1Sautee the green onions and green pepper in the bacon fat until transparent.

2Add the rice, bacon, 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, eggs and clams or seafood.

3Heat just enough for the flavors to combine.
