- 2 or 3 pieces bacon, cut
- chopped onion
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 2 c. cooked rice (not Minute rice)
Directions

1Stir-fry cut up pieces of bacon (2 or 3) with onion.

2Then scramble in 1 or 2 eggs.

3Add 2 cups of cooked rice (do not use Minute rice for this).

4After stirring a bit, fold in cooked peas (frozen taste best) and mushrooms (if desired).

5Finally, sprinkle with soy sauce.
