  • 1/2 whole Cabbage, Diced
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cups Frozen Peas And Corn
  • 3/4 cups Rice, Basmati
  • 3 Tablespoons Curry Powder
  • 3-58 ounces, weight Dry Chicken Noodle Soup Mix

    In a heavy-based pot, brown your onion and meat, at a medium heat until onion is golden and meat is cooked.

    Then add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat, until rice and cabbage is cooked.

    Add more curry and water if desired.
