- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute rice and onion in butter and skillet until lightly browned.

3Bring to a boil, stirring until cube is dissolved.

4Cover; remove from heat.
