  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. scallions, chopped
  • 3 eggs, scrambled

    Cook scallions in margarine with eggs.

    After eggs are firm, add rice and soy sauce.

    Cook until hot.

    Can add cooked chicken, pork or beef.
