- 1/3 c. chopped red pepper
- 1/3 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions
- 2 tsp. peanut oil
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 4 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Directions

1In a saucepan, bring broth and water to a rapid boil.
