  • 4 servings precooked rice
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 1 can Spam, chopped
  • 1/4 cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp. sesame seed
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 7 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • vegetables (whatever vegetables you wish)
  • oil and butter to taste

Directions

    Start by cooking Spam and vegetables in oil and butter over mild heat until done.

    Next, add rice, eggs and all other ingredients.

    More soy sauce may be added to suit your taste. Usual cooking time is 5 to 10 minutes.
