- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 4 c. cold cooked rice
- 4 lightly beaten eggs
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion in oil until brown.

2Add rice and saute.

3Mix in eggs, soy sauce and salt.

4At this point, 1 1/2 cups crumbled cooked bacon, ham or shrimp may be added.

5This may be made in advance and reheated in a small amount of oil after the addition of the eggs.
