- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped peppers
- 1 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 stick chopped celery
- 2 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Rinse rice once.

2Bring the rice and 2 cups water to boil. Stir and cover with lid.

3Turn off heat; let set.

4Brown ground beef.

5Add onion; stir until tender.

6Add carrots, celery and peppers.

7Stir-fry until vegetables begin to be tender.

8Do not overcook.

9Add salt and pepper to taste.

10Add rice.

11Sprinkle with soy sauce and Accent; stir until well blended.

12Serve hot.
