- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 1/4 c. bacon, chopped
- wedge of lettuce, chopped
- 1/8 c. boiled country ham
- 3 c. cooked rice (cold)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1/4 c. chicken stock
- 1 dash white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
Directions

1Fry bacon in wok.

2Leave grease in wok and remove bacon.

3Add dry seasonings.

4Soft scramble egg.

5Add bacon, ham, sherry and stock.

6Next, add lettuce and onions and saute lightly.

7Add rice on top.

8Do not stir.

9Cover for 1 minute.

10Remove lid and stir. Serve.
