  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c. bacon, chopped
  • wedge of lettuce, chopped
  • 1/8 c. boiled country ham
  • 3 c. cooked rice (cold)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1/4 c. chicken stock
  • 1 dash white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.

    Fry bacon in wok.

    Leave grease in wok and remove bacon.

    Add dry seasonings.

    Soft scramble egg.

    Add bacon, ham, sherry and stock.

    Next, add lettuce and onions and saute lightly.

    Add rice on top.

    Do not stir.

    Cover for 1 minute.

    Remove lid and stir. Serve.
