  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste

    Brown beef.

    Add finely chopped onions, including blades, and saute.

    Add finely chopped carrot, pepper and cabbage.

    Cook 8 minutes, stirring often.
