- 2 well beaten eggs
- 10 to 12 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 c. cold cooked rice

1Fry cut up bacon until crisp.

2Add onion; drain off fat.

3Add rice and soy sauce.

4In small frypan, scramble eggs.

5Add eggs to rice; cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

6Add more sauce, if desired.
