- 5 c. cooked rice
- 5 stalks celery, sliced and diced
- 4 eggs, scrambled
- 1 to 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 5 carrots, sliced and diced
- 1 lb. cooked bacon, diced
- 4 to 6 oz. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1After dicing carrots, celery and bacon, cook eggs in skillet and put into another container.

2Stir together on medium heat the rice, soy sauce and seasonings.

3Then add vegetables, bacon and eggs.

4Leave on low for about 1/2 hour.
