- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3/4 c. rice
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 3 drops sesame oil
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Slice up vegetables into thin strips.

3Scramble egg in margarine.

4Heat wok with a tablespoon of oil; add onion and vegetable strips.

5Stir until partly cooked.

6Add rice, soy sauce, egg and seasonings.

7Cook, stirring frequently.

8After about 6 to 7 minutes, serve.
