  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Bring mixed vegetables to a boil. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs and drizzle with 1 cube melted butter. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
