Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 lb. chicken, pork or shrimp
- 3 or 4 cloves garlic
- 4 or 5 jalapeno peppers, remove seeds and cut fine
- 3 Tbsp. canola or peanut oil
- 1 c. broccoli
- 1 c. cauliflower
- 1/2 sweet bell pepper
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 small handful of snow peas
- 1 pkg. fried rice seasoning
Directions

1Heat oil in wok (low); add garlic and jalapeno for 2 minutes. This is to season the oil.

2Raise temperature to high and add meat.

3Stir-fry until done (approximately 3 minutes).

4Add veggies and stir-fry until tender.

5If you cook too long, they will be soggy.

6Mix the package of seasoning with a small amount of soy sauce, oyster sauce and Worcestershire.

7Add mixed seasoning to wok and stir in thoroughly.

8Stir in the cooked rice and it is ready to serve.

9Rice can also be served separate from the veggies.
