- 2 to 3 c. cooked rice, chilled
- 1 c. cubed cooked meat
- 1 c. vegetables (your choice)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 3 eggs, beaten slightly
Directions

1Use a deep, nonstick skillet, turn heat to high and preheat skillet.

2Put in chilled rice and heat through, stirring constantly.

3Add eggs and stir until eggs are cooked.

4Add meat and vegetables.

5Heat through.

6Add soy sauce and margarine.

7Heat still steaming and serve.
