- 2 boiling bags rice
- salt to taste
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. frozen green peas
- 1 grated carrot
Directions

1Cook rice with salt according to instructions.

2Saute onion, peas and carrots in margarine on high heat.

3Add cooked rice and fry, while stirring, until mixture starts to brown.

4Sprinkle with sesame oil.

5When rice begins to separate, add soy sauce to taste. Serve topped with a mixture of cubed zucchini, coarsely chopped onions and mushrooms (optional), which has been fried separately in a little oil.
