- 2 c. raw rice
- 4 c. water
- 5 slices bacon
- 3 green onions
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cook rice in water as directed on package.

2Let cool.

3Brown bacon in skillet until crisp.

4Beat eggs in bowl; scramble in small amount of bacon grease.

5Add bacon and eggs to rice.

6Mix well.

7Add chopped onion; mix well.

8Add soy sauce; mix well. Cook in nonstick pan for about 15 minutes.

9You may use any leftovers: pork, ham or beef.
