- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. chopped green onion (more if desired)
- 3 beaten eggs (more if desired)
- 3 c. cold cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1 to 2 c. fine chopped ham, pork or chicken
- 1/2 c. baby shrimp (salad shrimp)
- 1/2 to 1 c. baby peas
- 2 c. bean sprouts
Directions

1Preheat wok.

2Heat oil.

3Cook meat; add onion and eggs. Stir-fry.

4Immediately add rice and mix.

5Add other vegetables and sprouts.

6Mix.

7Add soy sauce, salt and m.s.g.

8Stir quickly and serve.
