  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. chopped green onion (more if desired)
  • 3 beaten eggs (more if desired)
  • 3 c. cold cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 1 to 2 c. fine chopped ham, pork or chicken
  • 1/2 c. baby shrimp (salad shrimp)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. baby peas
  • 2 c. bean sprouts

    Preheat wok.

    Heat oil.

    Cook meat; add onion and eggs. Stir-fry.

    Immediately add rice and mix.

    Add other vegetables and sprouts.

    Add soy sauce, salt and m.s.g.

    Stir quickly and serve.
