- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 green onions with tops
- 2 c. cold, cooked white rice
- 2 cooked bacon slices, crumbled
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in a heavy skillet.

2In hot oil, saute rice over medium heat, stirring with a metal spoon about 5 minutes or until golden.

3Stir eggs into rice; cook, stirring constantly and over medium heat until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes.

4Stir in bacon, soy sauce and pepper; combine well.

5Garnish with green onions.
