  • 3 green onions, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 3 c. boiled rice (cold)
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cooked, diced chicken, shrimp, turkey or combination
