  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
  • 3 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
