- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 5 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. sliced green peppers
- 6 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 eggs, beaten
- shrimp, beef or pork, cut up
Directions

1Saute bacon in a large frying pan until just starting to crisp. Add rice, onion and pepper.

2Stir constantly, about 10 minutes or until rice is hot.

3Stir in soy sauce and add beaten eggs.

4Cook 5 minutes or longer until eggs are cooked, tossing lightly with a fork.

5Add either shrimp, beef or pork which has already been heated.
