  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg, scrambled
  • 1 rib diced celery
  • leftover ham (or other meat), diced into squares
  • 1 c. bean sprouts, drained
  • cooked rice

Directions

    Stir-fry in oil the egg, celery and diced meat.

    Add bean sprouts.

    Serve over prepared rice with soy sauce to taste. Serves 4.
