  • 1 pkg fried rice seasoning mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. cooked white rice
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 c. cooked meat
  • 1 c. frzn vegetables

Directions

    Cook rice ahead of time.

    Heat pan; add in oil, onion, garlic and rice.

    Add in seasoning, ginger, soy sauce.

    Stir rice and and other ingredients around for about 5-10 minutes.

    Add in egg scramble and mix into rice.

    Add in veggies and meat.
