- 1 egg, beaten lightly
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon shoyu ({soy sauce})
- 4 cups rice, cooked
- 1 cup scallion, chopped
- 1/2 to taste pork, diced or to taste ham, cooked
- 1/2 cup green peas, cooked
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet; add beaten egg and scramble briefly.

2Add all remaining ingredients except shoyu.

3Cook over medium heat 4 or 5 minutes, stirring gently.

4Add shoyu; mix thoroughly.

5Cook 2 minutes.
