  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked rice, cold
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 teaspoon sugar

Directions
