- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 4 cups cooked rice, cold
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon sugar
Directions

1Fry eggs in oil until firm.

2Add salt and pepper and cut eggs into shreds.

3Add mushrooms and onions and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4Add rice, soy sauce and sugar.

5Mix in pot until heated through over medium heat.

6Serve hot.
