- 1 Tbsp~ vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp~ sesame oil
- 1 tsp~ gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 1 Tbsp~ soy sauce
Directions

1Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium~high heat.

2Add all sushi and stir fry by crushing the sushi and mixing with a rubber spatula.

3Add gochujang and sesame oil and keep stir frying well until the rice is dry and fluffy.

4To finish it off, pour soy sauce from the edge of the pan to inside of it.

5Season with salt and pepper.

6Top with the chopped Japanese leek (optional)
