  • 2 lb. round steak
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 medium onion, minced

Directions

    Cut steak in strips or bite size pieces.

    Brown in butter on both sides, using large pan.
  3. 3
    Place in roaster pan with tight fitting lid.
  4. 4
    In pan where steak was browned, add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, water and onion.

    Let come to boil and pour over steak.

    Cover and bake for 2 hours at 325°.
