- pinch of cinnamon
- 6 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- 1/2 lb. butter
- powdered sugar
- brandy
Directions

1Reduce macaroons to fine crumbs and blend until smooth with Ricotta, cinnamon and 4 eggs.

2Roll into walnut size balls.

3Dip them in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
