- 1 1/2 pounds scallops thawed
- 3/4 cup flour wheat, gen
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper black
- 1 teaspoon paprika ground
- 4 3/4 teaspoons whole milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
Directions

1Wash scallops thoroughly; cut large ones in half.

2Drain well.

3Dredge scallops in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and paprika; shake off excess.

4Mix milk and eggs.

5Dip floured scallops in milk and egg mixture.

6Drain.

7Dredge scallops in crumbs until well coated.

8Fry 3 minutes or until golden brown.

9Drain well in basket or on absorbent paper.
