- 1 pkg. fresh spinach, washed and trimmed
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in large pot or skillet.

2Saute slivered garlic in oil; add spinach.

3Toss repeatedly 2 to 3 minutes, until spinach is wilted.

4Add beaten egg and toss thoroughly.

5Serve hot.
