- 2 to 3 bundles spinach, cut
- 1 lb. bacon, fried hard
- 1 medium onion, cut
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Once bacon is cooked, remove from pan and place on a paper towel.

3Drain half of grease and place it on the side.

4In the remaining grease, in the pan, place spinach and onion.

5Let cook.

6If it begins to dry add a couple of teaspoons of water. Once the spinach has cooked, stir in the bacon (crumbled).

7Serve hot.
