  • 1 bunch squid tentacles
  • 1 each egg
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions

    Heat your oil to 360.

    Whip your egg and add in your buttermilk.

    (this is a good place to add salt)

    Dredge the squid through the egg and buttermilk and then through the bread crumbs.

    I usually do this twice with a final pass through flour.

    Fry until golden.
