  • 8 oz. bottled Italian dressing, strained
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. Cajun spice

Directions

    Inject bird with the mix. Fry 4 to 5 minutes per pound in peanut oil heated to 350° to 375°.
