  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic juice
  • 2 Tbsp. onion juice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. white wine

    Heat all ingredients in microwave.

    Inject all of the mixture in the turkey.

    Rub stick of butter on outside of turkey. Sprinkle turkey with Tony's Creole seasoning and refrigerate turkey for 24 hours.

    Cook at 350° for 3 1/2 minutes per pound.
