- 2 Tbsp. onion juice
- 1 stick butter
- 3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/2 c. white wine
Directions

1Heat all ingredients in microwave.

2Inject all of the mixture in the turkey.

3Rub stick of butter on outside of turkey. Sprinkle turkey with Tony's Creole seasoning and refrigerate turkey for 24 hours.

4Cook at 350° for 3 1/2 minutes per pound.
