- 10 to 12 lb. thawed and well drained turkey
- Italian dressing (either bought or homemade; olive oil type best)
- liquid crab boil to taste
- 5 gal. peanut oil
Directions

1Mix crab oil and dressing.

2Inject turkey and marinate overnight.

3Drain excess marinade.

4Bring peanut oil to 350° (I use fish fryer).

5Drop whole turkey in oil for 4 minutes per pound.

6Make sure oil stays at 350°.
