- 1/4 box salt
- 2 oz. garlic powder
- 2 oz. black pepper
- 2 oz. ground red pepper
- 2 oz. Accent
- 2 oz. chili powder
- turkey or breast of turkey
Directions

1Mix all seasonings together.

2Cover turkey or breast of turkey completely with mixed seasonings.

3Put in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate at least 2 days.

4Heat peanut oil to 300° in deep fat fryer and maintain 300° throughout cooking.

5Fry turkey in deep fat fryer 5 minutes per pound.
