  • 4 sliced potatoes
  • 1 c. corn cut off the cob
  • 1 c. green beans cut up small
  • 2 c. cabbage cut up
  • 1 pickle sliced
  • 1 bell pepper cut in small pieces
  • 1 sm. hot pepper (if you want it spicy)
  • 1 onion head chopped
  • 3 ripe tomatoes chopped up

    I fry all of this in a large iron skillet with hot oil.
