- 1/2 c. pork sausage
- 1/4 c. chopped shrimp or prawns
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- dash of ground ginger
- 2 drops sesame oil (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt or 1/2 tsp. or more High Trails seasoning
- dash of pepper
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1 pkg. won ton skins
- 1 egg
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except won tons skins and egg. Chill for 1/2 hour.

2Place about 1 teaspoon or less of meat in a corner of the won

4Fold skin over meat, about 1/3 of the way to the
