Fried Won-Tons

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. browned hamburger
  • 1 can broken shrimp
  • 2 carrots, minced
  • 2 stalks celery, minced
  • 2 green onion, minced
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. wonton wraps
  • 1 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except wonton wraps, oil and water. Cook on med to low heat until vegetables are tender.

    Refrigerate mix to cool.

    Put 1 tsp. mix onto each individual wonton wrap. Dab corners of wrap with water.

    Fold over and seal by pinching edges of wrap.

    Heat oil to medium high.

    Fry wontons until lightly brown on each side.
