Ingredients
- 1 lb. browned hamburger
- 1 can broken shrimp
- 2 carrots, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 2 green onion, minced
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. wonton wraps
- 1 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except wonton wraps, oil and water. Cook on med to low heat until vegetables are tender.

2Refrigerate mix to cool.

3Put 1 tsp. mix onto each individual wonton wrap. Dab corners of wrap with water.

4Fold over and seal by pinching edges of wrap.

5Heat oil to medium high.

6Fry wontons until lightly brown on each side.
