Ingredients
- 100 g minced chicken
- 50 g frozen shrimp, thawed
- 4 pieces Chinese mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons chestnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon spring onion
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons light soya sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 50 -60 square shaped wonton skins
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients for the filling together.

2Place the wanton squares on the working surface.

3Place one tbsp of the filling in the centre of each wanton skin.

4Dip the edges of the wanton skin in water or a beaten egg.

5Fold into a triangle.

6Press to seal.

7Heat oil.
-
8Fry the wrapped wanton until golden (about 2 minutes).

9Turn over.
-
10Drain.

11Serve hot with chilly sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
