- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. shrimp
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry vermouth
- 8 water chestnuts, sliced
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 c. oil
- 50 wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers
Directions

1Heat wok.

2Add oil and ground pork.

3Cook until meat loses reddish color.

4Add shrimp, soy sauce, wine, salt, sliced water chestnuts and green onions.

5Stir-fry for 1 minute.

6Combine cornstarch and water in separate bowl.

7Drain meat mixture on wax paper.

8Place approximately 1 teaspoon of filling in center of each wrapper.

9Pinch firmly together after putting cornstarch around all edges.

10Heat oil to 375°.

11Deep fry until crisp and golden.

12Drain on paper towels.

13Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard.
