- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 portion fruit
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together by hand.

2Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. You may use two loaf pans instead of a Bundt pan.

3Do not use an angel food pan! Cake may be frozen.

4You may need to lower temperature during the last half of baking.
