- 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup oat bran
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 apples, diced and peeled
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 egg
- 14 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 14 cup walnuts
- 1 cup skim milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400*.

2In a bowl, combine flour, oats, oat bran, baking soda and cinnamon.

3Add apples, raisins, egg, honey oil and walnuts.

4Stir thoroughly.

5Add milk and mix thoroughly.

6Spoon batter into a greased muffin tin so that cups are three-quarters full and bake for 20-25 minutes.

7Cool before serving and store in a sealed container.
