- 12 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chili, heated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (12 ounce) package Fritos corn chips, crushed
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
Directions

1Cover bottom of a 13 x 9 pan with a layer of Fritoes, sprinkle with onion, then cheese.

2Pour heated chili on top of that.

3Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top of chili (need at least three layers).

4Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.

5Omit cheese soup if a drier casserole is preferred.
